Senior Business Developer

About the role

EcomSprint, a digital marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Business Developer to join its on‑site team in Greater Istanbul. You will be responsible for expanding the agency’s client portfolio by identifying new opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and nurturing long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to pinpoint target segments.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to contract negotiation.
• Prepare and deliver customised presentations and proposals that align with client needs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure service offerings match client expectations.
• Maintain existing client relationships, drive satisfaction, and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Report on key performance metrics, contribute to revenue forecasts, and provide feedback for service improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within a digital agency, marketing, or related environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and support data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on relationship building and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Greater Istanbul and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and sales reporting.
