Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

Outsourcy is seeking an experienced senior sales professional to drive new business in the outsourcing and HR services sector. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Research target companies, industries and decision‑makers to uncover new opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to contract signing and project kickoff.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, budgets and decision‑making processes.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records in the CRM and provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Build and sustain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with assigned targets.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong lead generation, outbound prospecting and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales goals.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM and related sales automation tools.
• Familiarity with prospecting, data enrichment and lead generation platforms.
