Senior Business Relations – Real Estate

About the role

The Address Investments is seeking a Senior Business Relations professional to strengthen client and partner networks across its real‑estate portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching customers with the best development options while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close deals that generate sustained revenue.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets through effective account management and pipeline development.
• Create and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Prepare and present reports on sales, revenue, expenses and provide realistic forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets and stay up‑to‑date on product offerings and competition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account management or sales within the real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
