Senior Civil Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer to lead on‑site activities, ensure design compliance and drive safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Study zone drawings to prepare material, equipment and man‑hours requirements based on project priorities and schedule.
• Review subcontractor performance, guide teams and report issues to the Site Manager for corrective action.
• Supervise daily site activities, monitor the labor force and subcontractor work.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control department for inspections/tests and implement corrective actions when required.
• Prepare daily status reports that highlight performance, obstacles and corrective measures.
• Ensure all safety and quality requirements are applied by subcontractors and site labor.
• Monitor labor productivity to keep the project within budget.
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain progress and resolve related problems.
• Work with the technical office to verify correct implementation of shop drawings on site.
• Gather data, compile reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Enforce company HSE policies, risk assessments and environmental considerations.

Required profile

• BSc in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction site engineering.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work on‑site and manage subcontractors effectively.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD (preferred).
