Senior Condition Monitoring Engineer (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our industrial technology team in Cairo. You will work on‑site with customers across oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, steel, mining, fertilizer and cement sectors, helping to improve the reliability and performance of critical rotating equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect vibration data and perform condition‑monitoring surveys at customer sites.
• Carry out route‑based measurements, machinery diagnostics and troubleshooting for rotating equipment.
• Prepare detailed technical reports with findings, recommendations and corrective actions.
• Support balancing, shaft alignment, transient analysis and advanced diagnostic services when required.
• Provide technical support and maintain professional communication with clients.
• Ensure timely execution of scheduled service activities while upholding high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, vibration analysis or machinery diagnostics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Egyptian nationality.
• Preferred experience in heavy‑industry sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation, steel, cement, mining or fertilizers.
• Hands‑on experience with rotating and reciprocating equipment (motors, pumps, compressors, turbines, generators, fans, blowers, engines).
• CAT II Vibration Analyst certification highly preferred (CAT III is an advantage).
• Experience with balancing, shaft alignment and advanced machinery diagnostics.
