About the role
The Senior Cost Accountant will join Kandil Industries in 10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia, focusing on cost reporting, production cost monitoring, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze cost reports and cost variances.
- Monitor production costs, material consumption, and overhead expenses.
- Perform product costing and support pricing decisions.
- Analyze inventory and production costs.
- Prepare monthly cost closing and financial reports.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation and reconciliation.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and provide financial insights.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4–6 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, production costing, and cost analysis.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems.
