Senior Data Entry Executive – Tourism Experience

About the role

Egybell is seeking a Senior Data Entry Executive to support a reputable travel agency in managing hotel contracts and pricing data. The role combines meticulous data handling with coordination across contracting and channel teams, ensuring accurate and timely hotel rate information for the tourism market.

Key responsibilities

• Review and activate static and dynamic hotel contracts.
• Maintain accurate hotel rates, pricing, room allocations, and availability.
• Verify hotel data and conduct regular quality audits.
• Coordinate with contracting teams, hotels, and channel managers.
• Monitor contract activation timelines and resolve uploading issues.
• Follow up on system updates and ensure data integrity.
• Review promotional offers and negotiator reports.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the data entry team.
• Train team members and enforce compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data entry, hotel contracting, travel operations, or a similar role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
• Very good command of English.
• Proven experience with Juniper systems.
• Strong knowledge of hotel contracting, static and dynamic rate plans, and channel management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
