Senior Digital Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Digital Designer to join our fast‑moving Creative Services team. The role combines storytelling, motion, illustration and strategic thinking to produce static and animated content that drives engagement across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality visual assets (static, animated, short‑form video) for websites and social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest.
• Develop storyboards, style frames and motion concepts in partnership with creative leads.
• Animate typography, characters and visual elements with precise timing and emotion.
• Create original illustrations that align with brand guidelines and enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers and the social media team to ensure cohesive creative output.
• Lead, coach and manage two designers based in Egypt, supporting their development and reviewing work for quality.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as a digital designer, preferably in an agency or in‑house creative team.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring designers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and illustration.
• Deep understanding of social‑first content formats, mobile‑first design and accessibility standards.

• Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
• UX/UI design principles
• Advanced video editing and motion‑graphics techniques (GIFs, motion graphics)
