Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in Cairo, Egypt, on a full-time basis. The role leads digital marketing across paid, owned and earned channels, manages company communications and keeps the brand consistent across all messaging and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead digital marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned channels
• Manage company communications and ensure brand consistency in all messaging and campaigns
• Plan, create and schedule social media content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms, and monitor and engage with audience interactions
• Create on-brand content including copywriting, visuals (coordinating with designers) and short-form videos
• Lead email marketing, including newsletters, product updates and campaigns
• Coordinate press releases, announcements and media outreach with internal and external partners
• Work with design, content and product teams on integrated campaigns
• Track KPIs and performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and HubSpot
• Stay up to date with digital, marketing and communications trends and tools, and guide junior team members or vendors when needed

Required profile

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing and communications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation and email marketing
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across digital formats
• Highly organized, creative and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Content planning tools such as Hootsuite and Notion
• Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express); proficiency is a bonus
