Senior Driver Operations Specialist

About the role

The Senior Driver Operations Specialist will drive the growth of inDrive's driver supply in Egypt. You will own the end‑to‑end driver registration funnel, develop offline recruitment channels, and ensure supply readiness for new tariff launches while monitoring competitor activity.

Key responsibilities

• Set and own weekly/monthly new‑driver and active‑driver targets for assigned cities.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking driver onboarding, activation rates, and active‑driver trends.
• Identify supply gaps early and trigger corrective actions across recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Lead weekly supply reviews with root‑cause analysis and action plans.
• Own the driver onboarding funnel, diagnose drop‑off points, and collaborate with product and tech to streamline the in‑app experience.
• Design, execute, and scale offline acquisition strategies such as roadshows, activations, and partner programs.
• Plan and execute supply readiness for new city or tariff launches, ensuring a minimum viable driver pool at go‑live.
• Monitor competitor driver‑side initiatives and produce regular market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Data‑driven and operationally hands‑on.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and City Operations teams.
• Proven experience in driver recruitment, activation, or supply growth within a mobility or logistics context.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
