Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer who will also act as the Technical Lead for our offshore development team. You will shape solution architecture, enforce best‑practice standards, and ensure high‑quality delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the offshore development team, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Design and define solution architecture for Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements.
• Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
• Validate technical designs, code quality, and deliverables before release.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and devise resolution strategies.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Participate in estimations, technical planning, and project delivery activities.
• Support integrations with external systems using APIs, plugins, workflows, and custom development.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
• Proven technical leadership experience, including code reviews and team management.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
