Senior E‑commerce Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior E‑commerce Data Analyst to lead data‑driven insights across our online jewelry business. You will work closely with marketing, operations and technology teams to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable BigQuery datasets, SQL models and automated ETL pipelines with robust data‑quality checks.
• Design, build and optimise Power BI dashboards covering sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, cancellations, returns, payments and customer retention.
• Perform deep customer analytics – cohort, RFM, CLV/LTV, churn and repeat‑purchase analysis.
• Analyse product and merchandising performance by SKU, category and price point, including stock coverage and sell‑through.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling, delivering monthly variance analysis.
• Evaluate marketing efficiency (ROAS, CAC, contribution) and provide insights on channel and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or e‑commerce analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for large, multi‑source datasets.
• Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design).
• Python for data cleaning, automation, forecasting and statistical modelling.
• BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands‑on knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta and other digital marketing platforms.
