Senior Electrical & Automation Specialist – Global Remote Service Center

About the role

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Senior Electrical & Automation Specialist to join its Global Remote Service Center in Cairo. Reporting to the Head of Global Remote Service Center & Global Training, you will work within a multidisciplinary technical team delivering commissioning, audits, condition monitoring and strategic maintenance planning for cement industry assets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot complex electrical, instrumentation and automation issues, providing sustainable corrective actions.
• Lead implementation and optimisation of PLC, SCADA, DCS and industrial communication projects.
• Design, install and support electrical monitoring systems, automation upgrades and digital maintenance solutions.
• Conduct in‑depth technical assessments and support condition‑based maintenance initiatives.
• Act as the primary technical interface between site teams, management and external stakeholders.
• Deliver high‑level technical training to internal teams and client personnel.

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in electrical and automation engineering.
• Proven ability to work in a global, multicultural environment and support regional operations.
• Strong analytical skills for equipment reliability improvement and control system optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills for technical training and stakeholder engagement.
