Senior Engineer Hospitality Development

About the role

The Senior Engineer Hospitality Development will lead the design and execution of hospitality projects, ensuring brand standards and regulatory requirements are met from concept through opening. This role combines technical design oversight with project management to deliver high‑quality hotel and public‑area renovations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage Design Briefs for each project, aligning with development guidelines, codes, and brand standards.
• Support the Development Director in coordinating architecture, mechanical, electrical, structural, and landscape design stages, liaising with external authorities such as NUCA, municipalities, and ministries.
• Organise internal design review committees, validate final designs with consultants, and ensure compliance with international codes and KPIs.
• Act as project manager for hospitality and commercial renovation projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Assist the Hospitality Director with design follow‑ups, reporting, analysis, and contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Conduct site visits, verify mock‑up rooms, and produce detailed review reports.
• Lead and coordinate junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of consultancy and project‑management experience, preferably in real‑estate development.
• Proven experience managing hospitality projects for major real‑estate companies.
• PMP certification or equivalent project‑management credentials.
