Senior Executive Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

The Senior Executive Assistant will partner directly with the Chief Commercial Officer, acting as a strategic extension to maximize efficiency, oversight, and execution across commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for the CCO, managing communications with senior internal leaders and external stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and refine high‑stakes presentations, commercial reports, and briefing materials for executive committee and board meetings.
• Represent the CCO in selected alignment meetings, capturing notes, tracking deliverables, and reporting action items.
• Coordinate cross‑functional commercial projects, product launches, and market expansion initiatives, ensuring timely progress.
• Hold department heads accountable for deliverables requested by the CCO, monitoring deadlines before high‑level reviews.
• Manage a complex, high‑volume calendar, prioritizing commercial initiatives and client‑facing engagements.
• Organize international travel itineraries, visas, and expense reporting to keep the CCO productive on the move.
• Handle highly sensitive corporate information with absolute discretion.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of executive administrative support experience, including at least 10 years supporting C‑level executives, preferably in commercial, sales, marketing or corporate growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent corporate experience.
• Proven experience managing cross‑departmental projects, with PMP or similar project‑management certification preferred.
