Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Pay10.com is launching its Egypt entity and seeks a Senior Finance Manager to build and lead the finance function. Reporting to the CEO, you will be the primary finance partner ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate reporting and strong financial governance as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations for the Egypt entity, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS/local GAAP and group policies.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, produce forecasts, track performance and provide variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury activities, including relationships with local banks, payment partners and coordination with global treasury.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian financial, tax and regulatory requirements, handling audits and external stakeholder communications.
• Support consolidation and group reporting, delivering management reports and financial insights to the global finance team.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and treasury.
• Hands‑on ability to set up finance processes from scratch in a fast‑growing fintech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
