About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a senior consultant to partner with government agencies and drive improvements in public services through digital governance and citizen‑engagement initiatives. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and refine solutions that modernise service delivery and enhance interaction with citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with government bodies to assess current service models and identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Design and implement digital governance frameworks that support efficient public‑service operations.
• Develop and deliver solutions that improve citizen engagement and satisfaction.
• Lead solution delivery projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for public‑service improvement and digital adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with government agencies on digital governance or public‑service projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective solutions in a client‑facing environment.
• Strong understanding of citizen‑engagement strategies and public‑service improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
