Senior Graphic Designer (Branding Focus)

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong branding focus to shape visual identities for a range of US‑based clients. You will lead projects from concept to final delivery, working directly with clients and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end branding and graphic design projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Develop and evolve brand identities and visual languages for diverse clients.
• Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, booklets, and other literature.
• Collaborate directly with clients, presenting ideas and solutions professionally.
• Manage multiple deliverables independently while maintaining high‑quality output.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional graphic design and branding experience.
• Proven ownership of end‑to‑end branding projects.
• Experience working independently as the primary owner of design deliverables.
• Portfolio showcasing real client branding work in English, shared via Google Drive.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Availability to work US Eastern Time business hours.
