About the role

You will join multidisciplinary squads to turn complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visual experiences. Working alongside copywriters, video creatives, and producers, you will shape visual systems and ensure high‑quality design execution across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute creative ideas and define visual directions that communicate objectives clearly.
• Design across social, campaign, CRM, product communication, and presentation assets, maintaining consistency and hierarchy.
• Own end‑to‑end quality, clarity, and consistency of design work, making decisions on layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate closely with squad members to integrate visual solutions into broader storytelling.
• Translate financial and investment concepts into easy‑to‑understand, engaging visuals without clutter.
