Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong eye for retail branding to join our marketing team. The role involves creating visual content that drives shopper engagement and reflects the brand across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design key visuals and marketing materials for retail campaigns and product launches.
• Create packaging designs for private‑label food and non‑food products.
• Develop in‑store visuals such as POS materials, shelf talkers, signage, and display graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on creative briefs and project execution.
• Design digital assets for social media, website banners, and email campaigns.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and coordinate with production vendors.
• Stay up to date with retail design trends, shopper behavior, and visual merchandising.
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven design experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and retail‑related design work.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with print production requirements and file setup.
