About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency operating across the GCC and Levant, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of motion‑graphics and visual assets for its diverse client base. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on design, ensuring that every deliverable aligns with client goals and the latest industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design projects from concept through delivery, covering branding, marketing collateral, and digital media.
• Design and produce motion graphics for video content across web, mobile, and other platforms.
• Develop design plans, concepts, layouts, and storyboards for motion‑graphic projects.
• Collaborate with art, creative, editorial, and production teams to define scope, select audio‑visual elements, and resolve technical issues.
• Edit raw video footage, add effects, and ensure final motion graphics meet client guidelines.
• Research emerging design techniques and continuously improve the quality of visual output.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
