Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Magical Gap is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visual assets that communicate complex intellectual‑property concepts to clients and partners. Based in New Cairo, you will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to shape brand identities, marketing collateral, social media creatives, and digital campaign materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and deliver visual projects from brief to final production files.
• Develop brand identities, logos, and comprehensive visual systems for the agency and its clients.
• Create marketing collateral, social‑media graphics, and digital campaign assets that meet platform specifications.
• Prepare production‑ready files and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, legal and client‑facing teams to translate IP concepts into clear visuals.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to internal design standards and guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools and best practices for digital platforms.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design background with a portfolio showcasing branding, social media and digital campaign work.
• Experience in logo design, brand system development and typography.
• Proven senior or lead design experience, preferably in an agency or creative studio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
