Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visual concepts, brand identities, and marketing communications across the organization. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on design execution to ensure all outputs align with brand standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of creative concepts, visual identities, and branding initiatives.
• Ensure all designs adhere to approved brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Translate business requirements into compelling visual solutions for print and digital channels.
• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, roll‑ups, outdoor ads, reports, and corporate publications.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork, manage print specifications, and coordinate with vendors.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, email communications, and internal channels.
• Support video production, develop motion graphics, animated elements, and visual effects.
• Develop executive‑level presentations, event materials, and interactive visual content.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, print, and digital design.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and share best practices.
• Excellent collaboration skills with marketing, communications, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused mindset with an eye for audience‑centric design.
• Commitment to compliance with branding policies, copyright regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
