Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who blends classic design craft with modern AI‑assisted workflows. This senior‑level position requires a strong portfolio, the ability to lead creative concepts from idea to execution, and fluency with AI tools to work faster without compromising quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of branding systems, social media content, and marketing materials across multiple projects.
• Translate briefs and rough ideas into polished, on‑brand visuals.
• Utilise AI‑assisted workflows (image generation, design automation, ideation tools) to accelerate output and explore creative directions.
• Own design quality end‑to‑end, including concept, layout, typography, colour, and final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ship work on tight timelines.
• Maintain and evolve visual identity standards across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience at a senior level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, creative, and commercially effective design.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in the design workflow and ability to discuss their impact.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work effectively in a fully remote environment and juggle multiple projects.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop original creative concepts and maintain sharp attention to detail.
