Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join Kijamii, an award‑winning advertising agency operating across the Middle East. The role involves turning client briefs into compelling visual solutions across digital, print, social and outdoor media, while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to develop concepts that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create sketches, storyboards and final artwork for a variety of media channels.
• Manage projects from initial idea through to delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools (generative design, image enhancement, layout automation) to improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in digital advertising or an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns across multiple media.
