Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Mbrace, a global marketing and advertising agency, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape compelling visual narratives for a diverse portfolio of clients, including governments, multinational brands, and startups. You will work within a multicultural team to deliver high‑impact campaigns across both digital and traditional media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual and visual development of 360‑degree campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and audience needs.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, illustrators, and other designers to translate ideas into polished deliverables.
• Produce high‑quality graphics, layouts, and motion assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Develop animation and motion‑graphics pieces that enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold the agency’s standards of excellence.
• Act as the liaison between creative concepts and client expectations, presenting ideas clearly and confidently.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in an agency environment with a strong portfolio of visual work.
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in client‑facing roles, demonstrating professionalism and creativity.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends across print, digital, and mobile media.
