Senior Hub Coordinator – Sorting

About the role

Bosta is seeking a Senior Hub Coordinator to lead sorting operations at its Abu Rawash hub. The role focuses on managing returned shipments, conducting basic quality checks, routing items efficiently, and ensuring customer service level agreements are met. You will supervise daily warehouse activities and support smooth, safe, and efficient logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and supply‑chain challenges and drive process optimisation through data‑driven solutions.
• Identify and act on safety opportunities, cultivating a safe working environment.
• Manage, train and coach associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a logistics or warehouse setting.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics and continuous process improvement.
• Familiarity with reverse‑logistics operations and handling returned shipments.
