Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Premier Services & Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join its HR Consultation team. The role focuses on delivering strategic HR solutions for clients across various industries, supporting both consulting projects and internal initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in HR consulting and organizational development projects.
• Conduct HR assessments and recommend practical HR solutions.
• Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Support talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and market research.
• Assist in job evaluation, grading, and organizational structure projects.
• Analyze HR data and prepare professional reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging HR practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist, Specialist, Business Partner or in HR consulting.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
