Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Specialist will support core HR functions across the employee lifecycle at El Sewedy Steel. The role combines HR reporting, analytics, recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics, monitoring manpower and headcount data.
• Support recruitment for blue‑ and white‑collar positions in partnership with the recruitment team.
• Organise induction sessions and deliver HR onboarding programmes for new hires.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist the performance management process, including objective and KPI coordination.
• Design, update and maintain the organisational structure.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the Oracle HRIS.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback and produce summary reports.
• Collaborate with L&D to organise training programmes for all employee groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Hands‑on experience with HR systems, preferably Oracle HRIS.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for HR processes.
