Senior Information Technology Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Information Technology Specialist to join our industrial IT team. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and high‑performance IT services for our manufacturing environment. You will work closely with local and regional teams to support both IT and OT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues across factory sites.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and related services.
• Deploy, monitor, and update endpoints using SCCM, Intune, and CrowdStrike.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, switching, routing, and firewall infrastructure.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) and manage backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Ensure cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and compliance standards are met.
• Lead infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology roll‑outs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑sharing materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
