Senior Internal Auditor – Finance & Controls

About the role

Leader Cosmetics Inc is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join its finance team in Badr City. You will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, risk management and governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on internal audit engagements covering financial and operational processes.
• Perform detailed testing of transactions, financial statements and internal controls.
• Assess compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams, communicate findings to management and monitor remediation plans.
• Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and annual audit planning.
• Mentor junior auditors as needed.

Required profile

• Strong finance and audit background with several years of internal or external audit experience, preferably in manufacturing or cosmetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; CIA, CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of auditing standards, risk‑management frameworks and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work on‑site in Badr City, manage multiple audits simultaneously and uphold high ethical standards.
