About the role
The Senior Key Account Manager will act as the single point of contact for large, named accounts across an assigned territory. Working in a hybrid model (2 days per week on‑site at an HPE office), you will understand clients' business and IT challenges, drive value, and maximize revenue and margin for HPE.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans and long‑term sales pipelines to grow market share.
- Focus on large‑deal opportunities, managing both value and volume portfolios across computers, servers, storage, services, and printers.
- Collaborate with management to shape future business strategies and independently determine execution methods.
- Leverage a diverse set of external partners to expand solution offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT and business executives, including C‑level stakeholders.
Required profile
- Recognized authority in account management and sales strategy, capable of leading cross‑division functional teams.
- Provides mentorship to junior colleagues and exercises independent judgment in developing methods and criteria.
- Develops strategic direction without direct line‑management responsibilities.
