Senior Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join B.TECH in New Cairo. The successful candidate will protect the company’s legal interests by managing litigation, legal investigations and court procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle legal procedures before courts, police stations, and governmental authorities
• Draft lawsuits, legal memoranda, and related legal documents
• Attend court hearings, investigations, and legal proceedings on behalf of the company
• Follow up on legal complaints, reports, and ongoing cases
• Execute and monitor court judgments issued in favor of the company
• Conduct internal legal investigations when required
• Review and support the drafting of contracts and agreements
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates that may impact the business

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and legal procedures
• Previous experience in collection companies or banking sector preferred
• Good knowledge of Civil Law
• Very good English language skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
