Senior Lawyer

About the role

The Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice, represent the company before judicial and official authorities, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This senior role focuses on protecting the company’s interests and minimizing legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to all internal departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Represent the company in courts, judicial committees, and official entities.
• Prepare legal memoranda, briefs, and pleadings.
• Monitor ongoing legal cases and keep relevant teams informed.
• Analyze new laws and regulations and assess their impact on operations.
• Coordinate with external counsel when required.
• Contribute to internal policy development for compliance and governance.
• Protect intellectual property and manage trademark registrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Valid license to practice law.
• Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial, labor, and corporate laws in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong negotiation and legal drafting abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications and legal research tools.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
