Senior Litigation Associate

About the role

The Senior Litigation Associate will lead and manage the full spectrum of litigation matters for the Group, providing both defensive and offensive legal strategies. This role involves representing the organization in courts, tribunals and mediations, as well as conducting internal investigations and advising senior management on legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategies, oversee case management, and drive resolutions for high‑value and complex disputes.
• Represent the Group in judicial and administrative proceedings, including court appearances and mediations.
• Lead internal investigations into potential legal issues or policy violations, prepare comprehensive reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership on litigation risks and investigation outcomes.
• Maintain an organized filing and record‑keeping system for all litigation and investigation documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in litigation and internal investigations.
• Proven track record handling high‑value, sensitive, and complex litigation cases.
• Strong legal drafting, research and analytical abilities.
