Senior M365 Cloud Engineer – ETIC

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior M365 Cloud Engineer to lead large‑scale integrations of Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online across multiple international affiliates. The role is part of the Cloud Transformation Team and ensures seamless migration, configuration and operational hand‑over of M365 services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client O365 tenants and document findings.
• Design migration and transformation strategies for O365 and Exchange.
• Plan and execute roll‑out of O365 clients, selecting tools and methodologies.
• Migrate accounts, objects and data from legacy systems to Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Configure Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and mobile device integration.
• Ensure compliance with archiving, security and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online migrations in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Exchange Hybrid, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Teams.
• Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID, SSO and user/group management.
• Experience with compliance, archiving and third‑party tool integration.
• Project‑management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Excellent documentation, communication and user‑training abilities.
• Previous system‑administrator experience for large M365/Exchange environments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Messaging Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty).
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
