Senior Manager - Audit

About the role

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its internal audit function across multiple business sectors. The role ensures alignment with enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance objectives, providing assurance to executive leadership and the Audit Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a group‑wide internal audit strategy and annual audit plan.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Finance to align assurance activities.
• Drive adoption of data analytics, automation, and continuous auditing practices.
• Lead high‑impact audits, fraud investigations, and special reviews.
• Present findings and risk insights to department owners and division heads.
• Oversee audit team performance, resource allocation, and professional development.
• Review and approve audit programs before commencement of each audit.
• Document audit work in the Audit Management system and prepare professional audit reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading internal audit functions in large, diversified organisations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage and develop audit teams.
