Senior Manager – Business Analyst (Software & Product Innovation)

About the role

PwC’s Software and Product Innovation team is looking for a Senior Manager Business Analyst to lead commercial and internal product initiatives. You will act as the general manager of products, bridging business, user experience and technology to deliver market‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document functional and business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and meetings with business and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable, user‑focused solutions and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Create business documentation, process maps, user stories, journey maps and presentations.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve delivery quality, efficiency and consistency.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with business and technology teams in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred: experience in business transformation, Agile/Scrum, product delivery methodologies and AI‑enabled tools.
