Senior Manager – Data Protection

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Data Protection to lead the design, implementation and governance of data protection controls across our global operations. Reporting to the Head of Data Privacy and Protection, you will shape the organisation’s data protection strategy and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, develop and roll‑out data protection controls in collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage the protection of information security assets, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution of protection operations.
• Support the Head of Data Privacy and Protection in achieving the organisation’s protection goals and strategic initiatives.
• Lead data protection programmes, covering policy, governance, strategy and program management.
• Evaluate the impact of data protection activities on the organisation’s security posture.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in data protection, privacy or information security.
• Strong understanding of data protection policies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams and influence stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering data protection programmes that improve security posture.
