Senior Manager, Oracle EPM

About the role

PwC's Enterprise Performance Management team in its Oracle consulting practice is looking for a Senior Manager in Cairo. You will work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and business leaders to help clients reduce costs and cycle times and gain business insights through Oracle's modern planning, consolidation, account reconciliation and data management applications.

• Work with leading companies on projects that drive their future.
• Help build new opportunities for the EPM practice, share knowledge and develop people.
• Coach and develop more junior team members.
• Deliver exceptional client service and solutions.
• Lead delivery teams to solutions that meet scope, time, quality and budget.
• Work with a global mindset with teams in the UK, Germany and other Middle Eastern countries.
• Contribute to finance transformation thought leadership, go-to-market propositions and accelerators, and mentor colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 4-7 years' experience delivering end-to-end EPM transformation projects (financial consolidation, planning, cost management, integrated reporting).
• Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration, prototyping, testing, integration, data migration, training and post-go-live support.
• Experience working in a global team with architects outside Egypt.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle, OneStream or Anaplan.

Required skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act as counterpart to functional leaders and take part in design discussions.
• Accountable for data migration and cutover, and for stream issue resolution after go-live.
