Senior Manager – Solution Architect, Financial Services (Core Banking)

About the role

PwC is looking for a seasoned Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end solutions for financial‑services clients, with a focus on core‑banking and Oracle ERP. The role sits at senior‑manager level and works across multiple Oracle pillars to ensure scalable, secure and cost‑effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the solutioning process for Oracle ERP and cross‑pillar engagements (EPM, HCM, SCM, CX, OCI).
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost‑effective Oracle‑based solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to create technical proposals, solution blueprints and delivery models for RFPs.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to validate designs, delivery approaches and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as demos, orals and technical deep‑dives.
• Provide architectural governance during early delivery phases.
• Contribute reusable assets, accelerators and frameworks within the Oracle practice.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Oracle solution architecture experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Oracle ERP and at least one additional Oracle domain (EPM, HCM, SCM, OCI, CX).
• Strong background in technical presales, delivery leadership and consulting.
• Demonstrated success leading RFP responses and crafting winning proposals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
