Senior Market Research Manager

About the role

Hyde Park Developments is looking for a Senior Market Research Manager to lead its market research function in the real estate sector. The role provides strategic insights to support decision-making and drive company growth, covering project management, trend analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all market research activities, including designing methodologies, managing data collection and analysing trends.
• Develop research briefs aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Manage relationships with external research agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analysis, consumer segmentation and industry benchmarking.
• Turn complex findings into clear reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer needs and emerging trends in real estate.
• Innovate research approaches using new technologies and data analytics.
• Keep projects within budget and timeline while mentoring and developing the research team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field; a Master's is preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in market research, with a significant part in real estate or property development.
• Proven experience managing research projects and leading a team.
• Experience working with external agencies and handling several projects at once.

Required skills

• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in market research software, data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication and presentation skills.
