Senior Marketing Analyst (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs that boost customer lifetime value and support the company’s global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models, and assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and other levers.
• Create and maintain dashboards, generate insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy role at a fast‑growing tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience using SAS, R, SPSS, Python or VBA for data analysis.
