Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our on‑site team in New Cairo. You will translate design concepts into high‑quality deliverables, ensuring precision and innovation across mechanical and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and finalize technical submittals, shop drawings and as‑built drawings for mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants and site engineers to resolve discrepancies and optimise designs for constructability.
• Develop and verify Bills of Quantities, prepare cost estimations and support tender evaluations.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit MEP to produce detailed drawings and integrated models.
• Provide technical support to site teams and maintain rigorous quality control procedures.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience as a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and fire‑fighting system design.
• Proven ability in BOQ preparation, cost estimation and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
