Senior Medical Receptionist

About the role

Spotless Dental Clinic is looking for a professional, organized, and customer‑oriented Senior Medical Receptionist to lead front‑desk operations in its Haram location. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth appointment flow and an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate patient records, medical histories, and clinic system data.
• Coordinate doctor assignments and organize daily schedules.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and keep billing records up to date.
• Record and update patient information for follow‑up and marketing purposes.
• Collaborate with doctors and internal teams to ensure seamless clinic operations.
• Resolve patient concerns and complaints professionally.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support daily secretarial and administrative tasks.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and assist in upselling clinic services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, clinics, hospitality, or administration.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Sales and upselling aptitude is highly preferred.
