Senior Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer (Motion) to lead the development of visually compelling motion graphics and digital content. The role blends strong design fundamentals with advanced animation skills to deliver engaging visual storytelling across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and video content.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts and visual narratives.
• Lead the motion design process from storyboard to final delivery while ensuring brand consistency.
• Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
• Optimize motion graphics for various platforms (web, mobile, social media) and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing and social‑media design work.
• Proven experience designing social media content, marketing assets, and digital campaigns.
• Ability to create print‑ready files for marketing materials such as posters and QR menus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle several projects at once.
