Senior .NET Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance applications. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, shaping architecture and mentoring junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex .NET Core and C# solutions that meet business requirements.
• Make architectural decisions and contribute to long‑term technical strategy.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce SOLID and clean‑code practices, and ensure high code quality.
• Guide junior and semi‑senior developers, fostering technical growth.
• Evaluate, recommend, and adopt new .NET technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical insights to project managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and scalable architecture.
• Proven experience with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to make informed technical decisions and mentor others.
• Advanced English communication skills.
