About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead the creation of high‑performance, scalable applications. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, driving technical excellence and mentoring junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex .NET Core and C# applications.
• Mentor junior and semi‑senior developers, fostering best‑practice coding.
• Make architectural decisions and contribute to long‑term project strategy.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to standards.
• Evaluate and promote adoption of new .NET technologies and practices.
• Provide technical insights to project managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong grasp of SOLID principles and clean‑code practices.
• Extensive experience with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to write unit and integration tests with high coverage.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
