Senior .NET Software Developer

About the role

Hindawi Foundation is looking for a Senior .NET Software Developer to join its mission‑driven team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance software that powers a global children’s reading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high‑performance .NET applications.
• Maintain and optimise existing codebases.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Analyse requirements and design efficient solutions.
• Perform testing to ensure functionality and performance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC architecture and .NET Core.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks (React or Next.js) and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
