Senior Network Engineer

About the role

The Senior Network Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and support of advanced networking solutions. You will ensure high‑quality delivery of projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA via the service management system, email, and phone.
• Participate in professional training to stay current with emerging IT technologies.
• Report critical incidents promptly to the line manager.
• Provide general IT infrastructure support during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Own risk identification, reporting, and improvement initiatives for IT services.
• Represent the infrastructure team in meetings with staff, vendors, and third parties.
• Act as officer in charge during planned maintenance or emergencies outside regular hours.
• Adhere strictly to organizational policies, standards, and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Computer, Network, or related) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network communication technology and network administration.
• Hands‑on experience with modern networking technologies such as SD‑WAN and SD‑Access.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
